Progress Summary: January 01 to January 31, 2023

• All underground work, streetlight traffic signal and traffic cabinets foundations, streetlight and signal poles have been completed.

• Installation of overhead hardware for streetlight and traffic signal have been completed.

• Street light cable installation has been completed

• Traffic signal cable installation have been completed.

• Cable splicing in the mainline has been completed.

• Installation of streetlight and traffic signal cables have been completed.

• Fiber optic cable installation has been completed

• 50 Pair communication cable installation has been completed.

• 100 Pair installation has been completed.

• Work on streetlight conductor cable for twin 20 has been completed.

• Traffic fixtures installation have been completed.

• Milling and paving on Pennsylvania SE EB and WB have been completed.

• Jaxson Point spliced traffic signal cable for TEC power at Pennsylvania Ave SE from 3rd Street to 10th Street intersections as requested by DDOT.

• Signage installation has been completed

• CCTV Cameras that belong to USCP have been removed and their contractor installed them on new poles. Contract cameras are being adjusted at the request of USCP and AOC to accommodate installation of some of their cameras. Project camera installed at 2nd Street will be moved to the original position as requested by DDOT

• Punchlist will be completed when the new traffic cabinets have been installed.

• Preliminary As-Built Drawings with streetlight and lane markings have been received

• Traffic cabinets have been delivered and installation is in progress.

• Traffic cabinets installation and energizing has been completed on 2nd Street, 3rd Street, and 4th Street.

• Installation of cabinets on 6th Street and North Carolina Avenue, 7th, Street, 8th Street and 9th Street is in progress.

• DDOT test and turned on the new traffic system on 2nd Street intersection. This work has been coordinated with AOC and USCP.

• DDOT Traffic Signal Unit continues bumping out cabinets at different intersections

• The contractor to USCP, DDOT and Jaxson Point coordinated relocation and connection of the USCP cameras at 2nd Street intersection.

• The installation and removal of cabinets is divided into two sections 2nd Street to North Carolina and 6th Street to 13th Street. The existing cabinets cannot be removed until all new cabinets have been installed in the section.

• Contractor continues removal of existing streetlight and traffic signal pole foundations, brick sidewalk repair and restoration

• All TTC Signs at WZ have been inspected to ensure compliance.

• Inspected all Tree Protection wire fencing installation for compliance along Pennsylvania Ave. SE from 2nd St. to 14th St. EB and WB.

• All work expected to be completed March 31st, 2023.
